Having
been a licensed realtor since 1979, I have enjoyed a very long and
successful career in Residential Real Estate. After graduating from
B.C.I.T., I received my salesman's license at the age of 19 (the
youngest eligible age), and was granted my agents license in 1988
after having completed the four year Diploma course in Urban Land
Economics at U.B.C.. I am also a member of the Real Estate Institute
of B.C. and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, both
honours bestowed upon me in 1989.
An
expertise in both New Home Construction and Resell Homes in the
general area of South Surrey/White Rock and the Panorama Ridge area
of Surrey give you the edge when buying or selling a property. Further,
having both sold and/or managed the marketing for several multi-family
developments over the years, I am very familiar with the Townhouse
and Condo markets in these areas.
Success
is evident with membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club (RE/MAX's highest
level of sales achievement) and qualification for the Fraser Valley
Real Estate Board Medallion Club, representing the top 10% of Realtors
in the Fraser Valley. In 2005, I entered the "ReMax Hall of Fame" having distinguished myself as one of the elite in the entire Real Estate industry. To date, in my career with ReMax I have brokered Real Estate sales exceeding those of other sales staffs of entire companies.
Along
with my wife Terry and three children, I have and continue to be active in the community through my association with the YMCA Youth Basketball program and sponsorship of Surrey Storm and Fleetwood Force Softball. For several years I have been a major sponsor of the White Rock Tritons Baseball club. I also volunteer as the Head Basketball Coach for the Elgin Park Senior Boys Basketball team.
